Digital signage for the Roden Centre for Creative Learning

In 2025, to celebrate its 200th anniversary, the National Gallery opened The Roden Centre for Creative Learning – a new education and family space.

We were commissioned to develop the signage for the external façade of the new building and inside the entrance space.

The exterior signage uses hands of all ages as a motif to signal the hands-on character of the space, in contrast to the main galleries. The interior screen includes a series of young people welcoming guests in Makaton, overlaid with welcome messaging.
